What to Bring to Class

  • Comfortable dancewear (as per Kairali guidance)
  • Water bottle
  • Small towel
  • Hair control items (clip/tie)
  • Comfortable footwear if required by choreography

Before Class

  • 3 minutes warm-up
  • Quick hydration check
  • Arrive on time (late arrival disrupts rhythm learning)

After Class - Same Day Routine

  • Repeat the "transition points" first
  • Practice 20 minutes the same day
  • Watch recording once for self-correction (do not overwatch)

20-Minute Daily Practice Plan

5 min: Warm-up + rhythm stepping

10 min: One routine section with clean transitions

5 min: Run full section with expression (face + energy)
